For the past 25 years, Executive Chef Steve Sweetman has been cooking up creative and delicious dishes around the world. Born and bred in Newcastle Australia, Steve constantly travelled around the country and world uniting his two passions of travel and cooking, taking inspiration from global food trends. Steve draws inspiration from growing up close to various paddocks in the Hunter Valley and from spending weekends close to the ocean.
